Each item we offer is a true original, handmade with care and tradition. Variations in size, color, texture, and finish are to be expected—and celebrated—as hallmarks of genuine craftsmanship. No two pieces are exactly alike, which is part of their enduring charm.

Damaged Shipments

  • Notify Us Promptly: After noting the damage with the delivery service, please contact us right away.

  • Resolution: We will review the situation and determine the best course of action to make it right.

  • Process: Kindly provide your order information along with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
